I seek leave to correct a statement I made earlier in the House today.

πŸ’¬ Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER: Leave is put for that purpose. Is there any objection? There appears to be none.

In answer to question No. 7 today, I said that access applications for coalmines go to the Environment Court. Although that is true in many cases, in the first instance decision-making power resides with Ministers.
