List Member Vacancy

I have received from the Electoral Commission a return declaring Raymond Huo to be elected a member of Parliament to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Jacinda Ardern from her list seat. I understand that Raymond Huo is present and wishes to take the oath. Would he please come forward to the chair on my right.
