Honourable members, I have much pleasure in informing the House that Professor Dr Norbert Lammert, President of the German Bundestag, is within the precincts of the Chamber, accompanied by a parliamentary delegation, present in the gallery. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat to the left of the Chair, and that the delegation in the Speaker’s gallery be welcomed.

Professor Dr Norbert Lammert, accompanied by the Assistant Speaker Lindsay Tisch, entered the Chamber and took a seat to the left of the Chair.
