When the House resumes on Tuesday, 11 October the Government will look to complete the Committee stages of a number of bills on the Order Paper and the third reading of the bills that were formerly the Judicature Modernisation Bill, presently on the Order Paper as items 24 to 46, starting with the Senior Courts Bill.
