I move, That, pursuant to section 4A of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, this House approve the Misuse of Drugs (Classification and Presumption of Supply—25B-NBOMe, 25C-NBOMe, and 251-NBOMe) Order 2016, made under section 4 of that Act.
