🗣️ Speech Chester Borrows (New Zealand National Party — Member for Whanganui)
Time unknown

As has become a recent tradition, it remains for the Speaker to bestow some awards. For the most articulate closure motion—Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi. For the most informative analytical speech—the first speech by David Seymour last night. The most good-natured protagonist was Phil Twyford. The least offensive speaker taking the most flak was Parmjeet Parmar. And the bloke having the most fun was Denis O’Rourke.

The House adjourned at 10.54 p.m. (Wednesday)
