Members, we now come to the Building (Earthquake-prone Buildings) Amendment Bill. The question is that Part 1 stand part. Just to make it clear, this is clauses 3 to 41B and the schedule, David Seymour’s two amendments, and there is debate on Ron Mark’s amendment, but at the appropriate time it will be ruled out of order because it is of an omnibus nature and outside the scope of the bill.
