I am sure that members would wish to welcome members of the Viet Nam - New Zealand Parliamentary Friendship Group led by Dr Tran Van, Vice Chairman of Finance, and a delegation from the Government of the People’s Republic of China led by Professor Liu Shijin, former vice president of vice Minister rank, of the Development Research Centre of the State Council, who are all present in the gallery.
