I seek leave for the House to adjourn at 10 p.m. tonight or at the conclusion of members’ order of the day No. 5, whichever is earlier. The reason is that there literally will be about 10 to 15 minutes, possibly, in which I will be introducing my bill but then we may not get another opportunity to debate that bill until next year, following the Christmas break, so I would prefer that it was done all together.
