Honourable members, I am sure that you would wish to welcome the Rt Hon Lord Tu’ivakano, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Tonga; the Hon Dr Jiko Luveni, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji; the Hon Niki Rattle, Speaker of the Parliament of the Cook Islands; and the Hon Agafili, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Samoa. I am sure that members would wish to accord them seats to the left and right of the Chair, and that the delegation in the Speaker’s gallery be welcomed.

The honourable Speakers, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker and Assistant Speaker Tisch, were accorded seats alongside the Chair.
