I seek leave to move without notice members’ motion No. 8, in my name, without debate.

It is in relation to the deaths of two Work and Income employees in Ashburton in September.

💬 Mr SPEAKER: Is there any objection to that course of action being followed? There is none.

I move, That this House note the tragic deaths of Peggy Turuhira Noble and Susan Leigh Cleveland at the Ashburton Work and Income office on Monday, 1 September 2014 and extend to their families the deepest sympathies of this House, with our heartfelt acknowledgment that they died in their public sector workplace while serving in the interests of their community.
