🗣️ Speech Hon Tim Macindoe (New Zealand National Party — Member for Hamilton West)
Time unknown

I seek leave for the Committee to consider all parts of the Psychoactive Substances Amendment Bill as one debate with the questions to be taken separately.

💬 Hon Trevor Mallard: I raise a point of order, Mr Chairperson. I think the whip meant to say “all clauses” not “all parts”—all clauses.

The CHAIRPERSON (Lindsay Tisch): Yes, we do not have parts, only clauses. Leave is sought for that purpose. Is there any objection? There is no objection.
