I have much pleasure in informing members that the Hon John Baird, Minister of Foreign Affairs from the Canadian House of Commons, is in the precincts of the Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat to the left of the Chair.

The Hon John Baird, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
