🗣️ Speech Hon Grant Robertson (New Zealand Labour Party — Member for Wellington Central)
Time unknown

I seek leave for the following votes on the third reading of the Social Housing Reform (Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Amendment) Bill to be recorded in the Journals: New Zealand Labour, 33 votes for the Noes; Green Party, 14 votes for the Noes; New Zealand First, seven votes for the Noes; Mana, one vote for the Noes; and Brendan Horan, one vote for the Noes. This does not affect the outcome of the vote.

🗣️ Speech Eric Roy (New Zealand National Party — Member for Invercargill)
Time unknown

Yes, as long as members are aware that it records the position in the Journals but does not change the vote. Leave is sought for that purpose. Is there anyone opposed to that course of action? There is not. Leave is granted. The Journals will so record that.
