I seek leave to have it recorded in Hansard that the Green Party, the Mana Party, and Independent MP Brendan Horan wish to vote in the negative on the Social Housing Reform (Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Amendment) Bill, which the House was previously dealing with.

Yes, of course you can seek leave. The reality is that the House is the master of its own destiny. The member has sought leave, and then it is up to the members to decide what they want to do.
