When the House resumes on Tuesday, 22 October, the Government intends to progress the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Bill, the Members of Parliament (Remuneration and Services) Bill, and the Health and Safety (Pike River Implementation) Bill. With the agreement of the Business Committee, the sitting on Tuesday, 22 October will be extended on the morning of 23 October, and the House will consider the Te Urewera-Tūhoe Bill, the Ngāti Hauā Claims Settlement Bill, the Ngāti Koroki Kahukura Claims Settlement Bill, and the Mokomoko (Restoration of Character, Mana, and Reputation) Bill. Wednesday, 23 October is a members’ day.
