No, it has not, but I am conflicted with what I can say and what I really need to say and what I really want to say. I would like to extend my thanks to the Government Administration Committee for its thorough and careful consideration of the bill. The bill contains 169 clauses and amends 33 different Acts. It contains minor technical amendments to Acts ranging from the Accident Compensation Act 2001 to the Wine Act 2003, which the member will be pleased to note, and many more in between. The bill is a good example of parliamentary parties working together. The committee carefully considered the seven submissions that were received and advice from officials, and has recommended a number of amendments to the bill. The most significant recommendation is to divide the bill so that all of Part 27 is split off into a separate Unit Titles Amendment Bill. I move—sorry, what do I do? I move the bill.

I would like to endorse the sentiments of the Associate Minister of Justice moving the Statutes Amendment Bill, if not his bumbling approach.
