I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I seek the leave of the House for the Land Transfer (Foreign Ownership of Land Register) Amendment Bill to be uplifted from the ballot and be set down for first reading forthwith, in order to provide New Zealanders with a comprehensive register of all foreign-owned land and housing in our country, which has become pandemic and needing urgent action.

Leave is sought for that course of action. Is there any objection? There is.
