I should give just a brief overview of Supplementary Order Paper 216 in my name. The changes contained in the Supplementary Order Paper are all technical amendments. What they do is ensure that certain redress can be provided to the governance entity intended by the deed of settlement, and they ensure clarity and consistency of language throughout the settlement, and replace references to the Ministry of Economic Development with references to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 216 in the name of the Hon Christopher Finlayson be agreed to.

Amendments agreed to.

Preamble, Parts 1 to 3, schedules 1 to 4, and clauses 1 and 2 as amended agreed to.

Bill reported with amendment.

Report adopted.
