Honourable members, I have much pleasure in informing the House that His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan, Yang di-Pertuan, and Prime Minister of Brunei Darussalam is within the precincts of the Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat to the left of the Chair.
His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, accompanied by the Minister of Internal Affairs, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
