Honourable members, I have much pleasure in informing the House that His Excellency Dr Zalmai Rassoul, Minister of Foreign Affairs from the Afghan National Assembly, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure members would wish him to be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

His Excellency Dr Zalmai Rassoul, accompanied by Assistant Speaker Tisch, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
