I seek the leave of the House to table the national interest analysis of 2001 on the New Zealand social security agreement, which says that the measures taken by Australia to restrict future access to benefits and citizenship for New Zealanders living in Australia were outside the bilateral agreement, contrary to what the Prime Minister said yesterday.
