We now move to Part 2. There is no debate on Part 2, in accordance with the determination of the Business Committee; however, there is an amendment. The Minister’s amendment set out on Supplementary Order Paper 132 proposes to delete Part 2. This is a direct negative of the question. We move to the vote on Part 2. The question is that Part 2 be agreed to.
