I have much pleasure in informing the House that the Rt Hon Morgan Tsvangirai MP, Prime Minister of the Republic of Zimbabwe, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair, and that the Hon Jameson Timba, Minister of State, and the delegation in the Speaker’s gallery, also be welcomed.

The Rt Hon Morgan Tsvangirai, accompanied by the Minister for Primary Industries, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
