Mixed Ownership Model Bill

There is an amendment in the name of Jacinda Ardern to replace “mixed ownership model company” with “privatisation of public property company”, set out on Supplementary Order Paper 44. That is out of order as it is inconsistent with an earlier decision of the Committee.
