When the House resumes on Tuesday, 8 May the Government will look to progress a number of first readings on the Order Paper, including the International Finance Agreements Amendment Bill and the Child Support Amendment Bill. Wednesday is a membersβ day.

I thank the Acting Leader of the House for that indication. Does that mean that the Government has decided not to proceed with the bills in the name of Mr Banks next week?

As advised to the Opposition parties when we put out the draft programme, the Government always reserves the right to determine its own legislative priorities.
