🗣️ Speech Rajen Prasad (New Zealand Labour Party — List Member)
Time unknown

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I seek leave of the House to have the Child Impact Reporting Bill in my name on the ballot introduced.

💬 Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER: The member has sought leave. It is not a point of order. [Interruption] He has sought leave to do something. It is not debatable, so I now put the leave. If members are not happy, it takes only one member to oppose it. Is there anyone opposed to that? There is. [Interruption] The House is in a very, very fractious mood and I am trying to assist it on members’ day. These are members’ bills.
