I seek leave of the Committee to reconsider clause 2, to replace the reference in subclause (1AA) to section 6A with a reference to section 4A.

As I was saying before I was interrupted, this bill is unnecessary, because it is—

The CHAIRPERSON (Eric Roy): Sorry—I am just processing what we have just done. Leave was sought to go back and consider another clause, and we should do that now. Then, when that is dealt with, we will come back to the clause that we are currently on. We are returning to consideration of clause 2.
