Time unknown

I seek leave to cast a vote against the National Animal Identification and Tracing Bill, which came through at about 90 miles an hour and I did not hear it.

πŸ—£οΈ Speech Lindsay Tisch (New Zealand National Party β€” Member for Waikato)
Time unknown

Well, noβ€”the opportunity was there, and it is up to the member toβ€”

πŸ’¬ Hon John Banks: But I am seeking leave.

The ASSISTANT SPEAKER (Lindsay Tisch): We have already done that. It is too late because I have announced the result. We have actually voted on it, and we now move to the next section, which is moving into Committee stage. I say sorry to the member, but the member must exercise his right to vote at the time or bring up a point of order at the time, not after. The House has decided, we have passed that, and we are now moving into Committee.
