I have much pleasure in informing the House that Mr Hidehisa Otsuji, Vice-President of the House of Councillors of the National Diet of Japan, is within the precincts of the Chamber. I am sure members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

Mr Hidehisa Otsuji, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
