Business Statement

on behalf of the Acting Leader of the House: When the House resumes on Tuesday, 16 August the Government intends to move the first reading of the Legal Assistance (Sustainability) Amendment Bill, and the second reading of the Biosecurity Law Reform Bill. The Government then intends to move that urgency be accorded to the passage of a number of bills requiring timely implementation. The Acting Leader of the House intends to provide the Business Committee with further details next week.
