Personal Explanations — Tabling on Documents—Date Cited for Resource Consent
Time unknown
Pursuant to Speaker’s ruling 167/7 I have taken the first opportunity to correct a statement I made in regard to the date of the resource consent when seeking leave to table a document.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: Is the member seeking leave to make a personal explanation?
Yes, I am.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: Leave is sought to make a personal explanation. Is there any objection to that course of action? There is no objection.
In question time today, relying on a summary provided by the library, I indicated that the date of the resource consent was 1998. In fact, it was June 1999.
