Business Statement
Time unknown
When the House resumes on Tuesday, 14 June the Government intends to hold the 3-hour debate on the consideration of financial reviews of Crown entities, public organisations, and State enterprises. The Government also intends to make further progress on the Telecommunications (TSO, Broadband, and Other Matters) Amendment Bill. Wednesday is a members’ day.
Time unknown
Can I therefore seek from the Acting Leader of the House the assurance that he will not try to ram through the telecommunications bill under urgency next Thursday?
Time unknown
The Government has no intention of using urgency provisions in respect of that bill at this stage.
