Business Statement
Time unknown
When the House resumes on Tuesday, 10 May the Government intends to move Government notice of motion No. 8, pertaining to the appropriations for the Officers of Parliament. We intend to make further progress on the Environmental Protection Authority Bill, the Dairy Industry Restructuring (New Sunset Provisions) Amendment Bill, and other bills on the Order Paper.
Time unknown
I thank the very informative Acting Leader of the House for that information. Could he tell us when he will be in a position to outline Government expectations for the use of urgency in the following week—whether it is likely to be Friday, Saturday, or the following Monday.
Time unknown
The shadow Leader of the House can be assured that I will keep him fully informed as these matters develop.
