I seek leave to move a motion without notice and without debate relating to United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973 and the developing situation in Libya.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: Leave is sought for that course of action. Is there any objection? There is no objection.
I move, That this House express its support for United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973 condemning the gross and systematic violation of human rights by the Government of Libya and supporting United Nations member States taking any and all measures necessary to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas under threat of attack by Libyan Government forces.
