Parliamentary Service Amendment Bill — Procedure

Following discussion at the Business Committee last week, I seek leave for the Electoral (Finance Reform and Advance Voting) Amendment Bill and the Parliamentary Service Amendment Bill to be treated as cognate bills, and to be taken together for the purpose of the debates on their respective second and third readings, but with separate questions being proposed on each bill at the conclusion of each debate.
