🗣️ Speech Sir Rt Hon Trevor Mallard (New Zealand Labour Party — Member for Hutt South)
Time unknown

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. It does not relate to the Employment Relations (Film Production Work) Amendment Bill. I want to check with the Government that it is still its intention to proceed with another bill after this legislation. I note that that bill is not yet on the Table. I wonder whether that situation will be rectified by the Government.

🗣️ Speech Hon Gerry Brownlee (New Zealand National Party — Member for Ilam)
Time unknown

No, and that is right. The urgency motion allows for the introduction of Government bills as they come up. My understanding is that the bill has been with Opposition parties since the middle of the week. Copies are available. When we are procedurally able to do so, they will be tabled.
