I think it is appropriate that rather than debating this bill, the Canterbury Earthquake Response and Recovery Bill, clause by clause or part by part, we have a wide-ranging debate through the Committee stage. I seek leave for that to happen.

The CHAIRPERSON (Eric Roy): Is there to be any restriction on the number of calls per individual?
