I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I seek your indulgence in order to inform members that I have placed in their bill box a copy of the Holidays (Football World Cup) Amendment Bill. It is not my intention to proceed with it for another 24 hours, in order to give people an opportunity to give feedback. Currently, the bill would grant a public holiday on Friday contingent on the All Whites winning.

How on earth was that a point of order?

I have to confess that I am not sure, but the member got away with it.
