I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I need some help from you in relation to questions for written answer. I lodged three written questions to the Minister of Immigration 5 weeks ago. Three weeks ago I contacted his office to ask whether any response was coming and to say that I did not wish to trouble the House by taking the matter up with the Speaker. I have still received no reply of any sort from the Minister. What am I to do?

The member is perfectly at liberty to raise the matter with me, and the appropriate way to do that is to write to me with his concern about the matter, not to pursue it in the House here. He is certainly welcome to pursue it with me as Speaker.
