Clause 28 of the Vehicle Confiscation and Seizure Bill deals with written notification in regard to fines. In the time we have left, which is very little, sadly, I find it interesting that a written notification has been put in place in respect of this part. We just debated this on another part, and I will not re-enter the fray on that, but it does not fill us with confidence.
