In accordance with agreement reached by the whips, I seek leave for the Committee stage of the Resource Management (Simplifying and Streamlining) Amendment Bill to be a 5-hour debate, with members having an unlimited number of speeches of 5 minutes each, and for the provisions of the bill to be put at the conclusion of the 5-hour debate as one question.
