I have much pleasure in informing members that the Hon Tu’ilakepa, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Tonga, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

The Hon Tu’ilakepa, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
