Once again, following agreement reached in the Business Committee yesterday, I seek leave for Chris Tremain to be appointed as a member of the Parliamentary Service Commission in place of the Hon Nathan Guy, pursuant to section 15(1)(d) of the Parliamentary Service Act 2000.
