I seek leave to correct a vote cast earlier this evening on the Resource Management (Climate Protection) Amendment Bill. A vote was inadvertently cast on behalf of Jim Anderton, Progressive, and I would like that vote removed from the voting schedule.

The ASSISTANT SPEAKER (Hon Rick Barker): Leave is sought for that purpose. Is there any objection? There is no objection. The vote of the Hon Jim Anderton will be removed.
