🗣️ Speech Hon Gerry Brownlee (New Zealand National Party — Member for Ilam)
Time unknown

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I know that you have asked us to write to you on occasions when answers to written questions are somewhat overdue. A substantial number of answers to written questions are currently overdue. There have been discussions between various offices. In my own case, some 20 questions to the Minister of Energy’s office have been outstanding for 2 weeks. I ask you, Madam Speaker, in this much more public way, to ensure that the Government answers those questions in a timely fashion.

💬 Madam SPEAKER: I thank the member. If he just notifies me of the specific questions, I will ensure that that happens.
