I seek leave to introduce an amendment to the Electoral Finance Act that would allow financial agents to use a corporate or organisational address as authorising an election advertisement, on the next sitting day.

The fact that he said “on the next sitting day” does not matter; if it is a member’s bill, it is not dealt with until the next members’ day. The member has been here long enough to know the Standing Orders.
The House can do anything, by leave.
