I have received a letter from Gerry Brownlee seeking to debate under Standing Order 380 the release today of the State Services Commissioner’s report on the investigation into the Public Service recruitment and employment of Madeleine Setchell. This is a particular case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility, and Mr Brownlee has provided the necessary authenticating material.
