I have much pleasure in informing members that the Hon Nick Peniai, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish he be welcomed and accorded a seat to the left of the Chair.
