Time unknown
I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I hope you will indulge me with this, but we have just received the information that the High Court has ruled that the laboratory contract awarded by the district health boards to Labtests Auckland has been declared invalid. It would be my intention at the end of question time to ask an urgent question of the Minister of Health.
💬 Madam SPEAKER: I suggest you seek leave at the time to do that.
I will seek leave to do so at the time.
